Top Shop at 863 Americana Way, Glendale, California.

Definitely not friendly nor helpful. No one asked if they could get or help me with anything. Since it’s across from my job I was gift scouting. No one ever said one word one lady just looked at me very awkwardly.. I like clothing from top shop but quality customer service is very important when I shop yes it’s good to let customers look but you never know who may be entering into your store it could be someone from corporate or someone who is apart of one of the brands team. That’s why I it’s always important to have a can do attitude & personality as a team member in customer service. I changed my mind about purchasing today.
