We had a party of 11 on Saturday, we weren't given any water for 55 minutes after we were seated. Our server wasn't on top of his game, came over and delivered silverware but didn't greet us or ask us if we would like to order anything until what felt like 25 minutes later. The manager came by and apologized, but we still didn't feel like we were treated like guests. The food was okay, I honestly was not hungry but the rest of my party was and to see the look on their faces when food was finally was delivered, that was priceless. They took 10% off our bill and gave my grown up cousin a free meal (which consisted of two kids meal and a side of grilled chicken). Just frustrated with the whole experience.
