Dr. Nason is the best! She was the true beginning to help me recover my posture and getting a good nights rest!

I have considered myself an athlete all my life and once I turned 30, I noticed that my posture and back pain was really bad. I couldn't even clasp my hands together behind my back because my shoulders were so rounded forward. I would get tension headaches and it felt like my shoulder muscles would get into huge knots all the time. I wasn't able to sleep (or I never felt like I got any rest). I couldn't even balance on one foot anymore because my whole right side was too tight and my left side was too loose.

I went to see Dr. Nason from a friend's referral. My family has gone to chiropractors before, but it was the first time that I've ever been treated by one. My first adjustment was such a huge relief (exactly what I was looking for all along). My lower back and shoulders were a mess and it's taken me a span of 5 years of adjustments, strength training and yoga/stretching to be able to pull my shoulders back and stand tall.

Dr. Nason is very caring and sensitive to her patient's needs. The fact that she remembered what she did last time (even over a month's time) was huge to me (I didn't have to repeat myself every visit). I would visit her more often but I moved farther away from her office now. She's a great person and a great doctor!
