Customer Service
Service here was lack luster and that's my main reason why I'm rating this business 3 stars. I was not attended by my appointment time even though I was there 45mins early. They took forever to see me even though there was only 3 other people the entire time I was waiting.

Staff
Staff seemed unprofessional with attire and greeting. I didn't know who worked the reception desk because they looked like clients not staff. Never been to a med spa where staff including in the front desk didn't have to wear uniforms. The nurse which attended me did not go over the process of my treatment properly nor any of the side affects. I was the one doing all the talking and at times she seemed nervous--not sure why.

Facility
Facility seemed cleaned but the public restrooms in the lobby were dirty at the time I went.

Prices
Price points are reasonable and that's what brought me to this location. With that said I do feel in this case you get what you paid for.

Overall, if your looking for a higher end skin center and medspa go some where else. If your looking to pay less and get less customer service this is the place. Expect to wait.
