New Century Honda at 1235 South Brand Boulevard, Glendale, California.

Perhaps one of the worst Honda dealership service I received was at this location. The entire service department of this location was arduous and strenuous. I made an appointment after I made a purchase online for a part + installation combo package. When I arrived at this location, these employees asked for an additional installation and labor free. The reason for the additional fee, according to them, was due to "longer labor" or a reason similar to that. I called Honda directly right after (mind you, in front of the service department) and they told me the price online was correct and that the service department had to provide this price for me. They still denied the installation, EVEN AFTER I paid online and Honda itself told me that this was the correct price. After asking for the manager, the employees at the service department told me that he or she was "unavailable".

New Century Honda, I have the following recommendation: do something about that service department team.
