Where should I begin with this place?

First off, there is NO sense of sizing in ANY apparel section. You can’t even find what size you’re looking for unless you spend a good half hour looking for it on unmarked and unorganized racks.

Second, we come in a half hour before they close and they close the fitting rooms! How am I supposed to try on pants to ensure they fit (because all women’s sizing is different!) if I can’t even try them on?! And the cashier Shannon informs us that there are no returns, only exchanges. Okay, fine. But if I could have tried them on in the first place there would be no need for an exchange!

Third, this is one of the dirtiest stores I have ever been to! I found a basket with MOLDY food in it underneath a rack! And when I told the young man restocking shelves, he shrugged his shoulders at me and walked away.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE EVER!!!!

What can I say that won't sound mean.

Let's focus on the hard working staff. So far ALL have been super nice and kind and diligent.

However, the pricing is out of whack with reality...

They continuously put broken or out of order electronics on the shelves
Their book section is a disaster

Whoever does the pricing for the shoes has no clue how to price them
And lastly between no parking on Brand or the public parking in the back and the lack of selection of decent products in the store, I consistently choose to drive by this store
