The ice cream is more like a delicious velvet of frozen vanilla cream, the cinnamon is twisted with the right balance of sugar. I ordered the American Pie, with churro puffle. It was topped with apple compote filling. The apple was was small diced to perfection.
Although a bit crowded, the staff was on top of there Cauldron game.
