I have had a great experience at Dr. Basil's office.
I had a big gap in my upper front teeth since I was a little girl, the old school dentists that were taking care of me at that time, didn't want to do anything about it. So I just had to get use to it , sometimes I was asked if I was missing a tooth and that really bothered me.
That was until 40 years later, I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Basil and learn about Invisalign, he took the time to study my case and explain all the steps that I was going to go through in order to close the gap in addition to straightening my lower teeth, he answered all my questions clearly and made me feel totally comfortable to start the treatment. Rosie, the office manager, is also great, she discussed with me the cost of the treatment, so I knew everything before proceeding.
Now I'm almost halfway through the process and I get lots of compliments about my teeth. I see Dr. Basil regularly and he is definitely a perfectionist, he makes sure that everything is in place with the treatment and making sure that you are feeling comfortable.
Dr.Basil is a very knowledgeable professional so with every visit I am learning something interesting about health, science, food, etc., plus he has a great sense of humor which helps you relax your mind, especially when you are having your teeth cleaned.
Dr. Basil is going to have a great impact in your life, I would highly recommend his services.
