I wanna change my iPhone 6s battery, came to this apple store on 02-29-2018 and registered my phone after 17 days I received an email which said someone has to call you 2 to 5 weeks but nobody called me. Today (05-15-2018) I went there after seeing a specialist he said we sent you another email after checked he understood they send email to the wrong address and said it's ok you can leave your phone and it's ready after 1 hour when I came back after 1 hour they said we can't repair your phone because of something missing in your phone (I bought it brand new from T-Mobile on pre-order ) and I have never given someone for repair. The store manager said you can give $ 299.99 and we can change the battery (hi was so rude).
